ya really the only real cost was my time. It runs on their existing CRM platform so no additional infrastructure overhead. It's just a small react app which displays a PDF contract, gathers TOS acceptance and collects CC via a Braintree drop-in. They were sending contracts via Docusign (10's of thousands @ $11 per envelope!), then would still have to separately gather payment information and update the CRM to process the sale.
I spoke with there legal team and turns out they didn't really need a legally binding signature. New system does everything they actually needed, without any real reoccurring costs.
