It gets better. Respect comes with time. I would be patient and play the long game. I’ve been through this at every job I have ever had. I didn’t go to an IVY league school and others held it against me. You must not give up. Your time will come.

For some more background, I've been working in the industry for 10 years. In the past imposter syndrome was a barrier but there was interesting work and I got regular feedback from my team that made me feel included. It's only recently that I've become apathetic and withdrawn from giving my opinions.
