I had this realization about 10 years ago when I had to do a shop in an unfamiliar London supermarket on a Saturday. In that circumstance I'm basically doing their warehousing for them with no knowledge of their layout at the same time as 100s of other people all moving in their own inefficient patterns around the space. This is pretty stupid. |
