IMHO, they're too positive. If you scroll down, there's a lot of negative factors, but the above the fold summary is quite cheerful.

The FakeSpot page is much clearer.

The UI isn't perfect, but the overall grade is fail even above the fold, which almost always means I won't buy the product.

The odd thing is that FakeSpot's "adjusted rating" is... the same as the actual rating.
