Ask HN: Is there an Android/Browser build that can pollute data per app basis

I am interested in this concept of privacy by data pollution.

Is there an Android build that can easily switch between fake and real data from its API's for the App to consume.

Use-cases : Winix Air filter app : Has no reason to need location info, yet app won't even open w/o giving it this info.

Same logic for browser if such a thing exists.
