This can be done only once its fully legal to consume it (and all related legality ie for certified business to obtain and dispense it, growers to produce it etc) - fix this part, and apart from desperate dirtbags folks will go that way. I wholly agree with you - its an extremely powerful tool, can do a lot of good and bad, with no certain prior indication which way it will happen. |
