Correct. For me there are valid arguments for a walled garden (providing users can opt out) but this isn’t about any of that. This is about Apple not getting paid, the users are not ‘winning’ in this standoff. Apple are prepared to fuck over their users for them not getting paid, and I can’t see a good argument for anyone thinking that this is okay. |
