Depends. I worked using Fogbugz and Trello on different projects and it was a blast in comparison.
And another unnamed homebrew which had warts but was still better than overloaded JIRA in some other projects. Then again I've worked on the project where the source of truth was a set of Excel documents shadowing 5 different ticket systems. Very briefly. That said if you're lucky, JIRA can be set up to work relatively well. Especially if you keep it simple. |
