100% Agree - I am the PO on my product. I was the original coder, I know this code better than any of the newer devs. And yet they bring so many great ideas to the table that make the product far better than what I wrote up in a story. They make the code better, they ask great questions, they propose changes to designs and features... and we then end up with a much stronger product. The stakeholders love the results we are coming up with, and I'm thrilled with where the product is going, and the devs enjoy contributing at multiple levels and having some autonomy. |
