It's great to find out about how it works in Eastern Europe. My father would have and has always done what you mentioned. Just pay it up and continue. And I agree totally with it. But anyway due to Covid-19, the construction activity isn't going to start anytime soon. So I ave decided to play it out completely and see how far and deep this mess is. |
