What are you talking about? They were subjected to regulatory action over both of your first two concerns and forced to desist from the behavior. As to #3, this applies just as much to Amazon, Google and Facebook and frankly Microsoft too... ...and it turns out that all except Microsoft in fact are under regulatory scrutiny and antitrust action. |
