It’s not a that discriminative in terms of reproductive rights if you consider the one child policy that applied for a long time to a lot of people (mostly of Han ethnicity). While the policy doesn’t exist anymore, it’s not about the policy, but who has the right to decide whether you’re allowed to have children. |
