I have been at my first full time programming job for almost two years now. At first it felt like there so many new things to discover but now I feel like a cog in the machine, just implementing arbitrary requests done by the product team, each involving minor changes or variations of things I've done before. Is this normal or is there a way out. Does it get better by changing jobs or is this normal in this career? |
