I have seriously come to not trust recently released products with less than half the features of their 50 competitors when it comes to adding logos from the likes of Google, Lyft, Dribbble and Amazon. This is unethical but is there a law that stops from people blatantly posting the logos like this? |

I wouldn't be surprised if the logos are just on the template though, and the 'developer' is too thick/lazy to remove them. That's not an excuse, in fact it just shows them at best to be careless amateurs who shouldn't be trusted, if not malicious scammers who shouldn't be trusted.
I've come to not trust anything on HN that says "X reached Y users in Z days" though. When you check other submissions from the poster you usually find they've been spamming HN, and if they're spamming HN they're spamming other sites, which would explain the new Y users, if they're not just lying about it.
Either way, avoid.
