What is the ratio of the tech headcount cost to the overall revenues in your organisation?

Please share the industry as well. I am assuming that the ratios will be very different in SaaS Companies(salesforce..) compared to operationally heavy companies(amazon, uber) vs ad monetisation heavy companies(google, facebook)
