Really like the article. How do you approach a reverse situation. Where you are working with a small team and there are lot of moving pieces. I work for a small org which builds and maintains their own in-house software. It's not a single product, more of a duct tape of tools. Given a team size of 10 people and ~50 projects, like a bunch of cli tools, web applications, desktop applications, written by many people and passed down legacy stuff, how would one organise the team and drive the development effort.
