Well, dissent is protected by the Brazilian Constitution. Death threats and threats to democracy itself are not. At some point you need to trust the set of institutions in place, otherwise you can’t apply any kind of regulation effectively. |

Isn't there a claim being made that the military has a constitutional right to take over as the junta once did?
