Find industry investors, look up other companies who sell to your market and see who invested in them (also for those which have exited, have a look at their founders). Alternatively speak to your customers, one of them may be willing to invest. People who buy financial analysis software tend to be sophisticated buyers. Bloomberg was started with an angel investment from their first customer Merril Lynch. Also if you can get letters of intent from your customers commit to buying your product you can use them as collateral to get a loan from your bank. |
