Had a similar issue with Best Buy: ordered a 10TB HDD (quite a few) and inside was a 250GB HDD. To be fair, they were champs and replaced it with another unit, but unfortunately there are people who do this and then they don’t validate it. The HDD was also an absurdly old one too. |
