Same thing happened to me with RAM. Security blanket instead of the RAM. The package had a similar graphic but was a completely different size. It was the single most frustrating customer service experience of my life. The return was a nightmare but it wasn’t because of the counterfeit. Some weird glitch with the return label and a terrible call center employee. |
