A close friend has a very similar thing recently, except it was/should have been a new Ryzen 3700x, not a warehouse deal. If you've bought one you'll know it comes in a box with a big cooler on top, and the proc is at the bottom in a bit of plastic packing. He got the big cooler but no Ryzen. Contacted Amazon, got another Ryzen and cooler sent out. I think this is incredibly common... |
