I'm so glad to hear this! While it's common to give feedback on bad experiences, I've always felt it's important to give feedback when things go really well. Especially if someone has fixed a really difficult situation or made it manageable - I will always send feedback to the company about that individual and thank them for their help. I've been surprised about the lack of feedback sometimes though, whereas a negative response will always get feedback from the company. |
