Agreed. I deeply love the concept of Pythonic. The Pythonic way to do it is (very) often not my favorite way to do it. But, if I'm working in Python, I'm going to do it that way, anyway. Because social factors matter, and choosing your own convention rarely yields enough benefit to justify choosing not to follow the convention. |
