How to grow newsletter subscribers without base of Twitter followers?

I recently started EastVC.News - weekly newsletter about startup funding in Boston and NYC. First 150 subscribers were relatively easy (friends, LinkedIn, FB groups) but now I'm stuck. Getting max 1-2 subscribers per day. Twitter seems like the best place to promote it but it is super hard to get followers and nobody is answering if you send them messages. Is there any other hack that you did to get more subscribers? |
