Arch for desktop: way easier than other distros because contrary to popular belief, older 'stable' versions of software have way more bugs and downsides. And removing the clutter enables kiss so life is easier overal. Once every 6 months I check the arch page why my update doesn't work and then copy paste the solution. Other than that it's perfect. Requirement for this distribution: update at least once a week Centos for servers: webservers/other services just work, even the older versions |
