I agree, I haven't read the article yet, but I will say, brainstorming in my experience is actually a form of entertainment.

There is nothing more rewarding to me having worked in IT than being able to collaborate with others.

This is not about getting a project done, or building.

This is more about looking back on the course of my career and realizing the only important things are the fellowships gained throughout, otherwise, its all just IT shit, at the end of the day, anyway.
