Did you mean "status quota"? For some, equality may appear to be a fat baby banging on a highchair at times (when displeased usually). If we had an unadulterated version of equality, do you think we would have found our natural stride by 2020 on the issue? Racial neutral is a tough line to walk, but the talk on the other hand.... |
