Which grocery stores? I live in Austin. At H-E-B you must pay for the thicker bags at $.24/ea, which incentivizes people to bring their own. I bring the same ones every time now. At Central Market, Wheatsville & Whole Foods they give you paper bags. Not sure about Randalls or Sprouts though |
