I'm going to play devils advocate here... They could make the data for all levels of the organization public within the organization. Doing this would allow for time tracking to be had for the scared middle management, but also give any employees the chance to view any unfair treatment. Of course this would never happen, but honestly, I would probably be ok with it. |
