Perhaps a better sounding title is “Help cure a neglected disease prevalent in Africa” ?

Leishmaniasis is not restricted to the African continent so the slightly longer title of: “Help cure a neglected disease prevalent in developing countries” may be more accurate.

Seriously, there is already a official appropriate term for it: neglected tropical disease (NTD).

I don't see why we shouldn't follow the site guideline: "Please use the original title, unless it is misleading or linkbait; don't editorialize". I've changed the title and added "neglected disease", which is used in the opening sentence almost as an extension of the title.

Submitted title was "Help cure an African neglected disease"
