I know he's trying to be cheeky by saying its "not a wheel chair" to get around FDA regulation, but that's not how it works. Its clearly being marketed to disabled people as a mobility device, which makes it a wheelchair, and makes it a class II medical device that must have design controls. He's in for a rude awakening by a visit from the FDA. |
