If that's 1000 full charge-discharge cycles, that'd be completely acceptable (assuming that the usable capacity is still close to 100% at the end of the lifespan) for a car which typically has a lifespan of 150,000 miles or so. (1000 * 500 miles / charge) = 500,000 miles |
