“Send with Transfer...” pollutes the context menu of every folder on my Mac, not just in the Dropbox folder. Is there a way to remove that menu item?

Same issue on Windows. If you are adding new context items automatically, please have decency to add option to remove them, without hacking the registry. Also, please do not add it back in later update, which happen quite often.
