Totally makes sense. Fun fact: In the past i was involved in a company where they implemented anonymous feedback system. The feedback system did so well .... that they shut it down in a month and never discussed the results. It uncovered too many problems that nobody in the management wanted to address. This company is on the verge of bankruptcy now, 5 years after those surveys.. When people are allowed to speak up freely - truth will come out quickly. (Yes, you will get some noise too, but id rather adjust my signal to noise ratio then just deal with meaningless noise all the time). |
