Divide and conquer. Practise and learn. You need to do deliberate practise to become better. You can learn to play an instrument but you need to practise with a teacher todo it or learning platform for that matter. Pick up a new skill do deliberate practice and you will become better at it. And if you for some reason say you cannot do it it’s a mental block stop doing that. Start and try. |
