For myself, a quick debriefing after something doesn’t turn out the way I’d liked seems to speed the process of learning from experience. It’s basically just taking a moment to answer a few questions: - What did you set out to do? - What actually happened? - Knowing what you do now, what would you have done differently? - How does that generalize to a wider class of situations? |
