What's the provided GPU solution for ARM based machines? Do Apple SoCs contain a GPU?

It does in the iPad so I we can probably expect that.

It used to be custom silicon bit added from PowerVR but they switched to their own custom GPU architecture around the iPhone 8.

IPad pro:s have quite good GPU and since apple owns the entire graphic stack there should not be anything to hold them back...
