why consider Apple/AppStore a monopoly given that consumers have the freedom to choose an Android device?

same logic as in MSFT+IE. MSFT lost that lawsuit as far as I remember, despite there being alternative desktop OSs based on linux.

Apple+Appstore is actually a repeat of MSFT+IE monopoly and should be broken up as such
