Which will have the effect of depressing wages, increasing housing prices, and increasing social tension since the majority of those immigrants will be culturally alien. Canada is a high-CO2 nation, more people = more emissions. It should be restricting migration to only other Western countries (where migration flows are likely to be two-way instead of one-way). |
