I've been doing research for a product that would make renting easier during Covid19 and beyond.

Below is a list of things I found would be helpful:

- Tenants or landlords create and share installment plans for Missed Rent or Security Deposits; - Installment or regular rent payments made online; - Flexbile payment schedules for tenants: split monthly payment across paydays (pay up to 4 times a month instead of just once); - Faster ACH deposits for landlords (next business day); - Landlords are always paid on time, even if the tenants are late.
