They have told me that my title will be "Implementation Consultant" but im expected to do sales, integration, support etc.

Thats also mostly because they dont have a team in my country as such. I have only one other co-worker who does everything but doesn't belong from a technical background.

I will be doing everything he does and also handle the technical issues.
