A reasonable crane operator would hopefully call for help and not push it to the limit. Personally, I’m not convinced cops need to go for a 100% apprehension rate all the time no matter what with 100% control of every situation. Mostly because of the rate at which crimes happen without a cop around and then go unresolved. |
