| Hi there. What are good tools to monitor the quality during an 8-hour workshop via Zoom / MS Teams? Background: I am conducting a three-day workshop next week via MS Teams. It'll be roughly 8 hours per day with breaks. I always do a brief test session with the participants on a prior day to identify any tech issues. This time it seemed that the video was hanging for 1-2 seconds a time a couple of times. But I as the host did not notice that. So, I was wondering if there are any tools that monitor the quality on the participants' devices and show that to me. My default network speed test did not indicate any troubles. Also, in the past, MS Teams sometimes showed a "bad quality" message on my side when the participants did not notice that. So, MS Teams built-in connection check seems to not be super reliable. Thanks for any tips. |
