> managers cannot disagree with each other in front of other employee This is not necessarily a terrible policy, as long as it's explicit and it's also explicit that the correct and expected course of action is to have a private sidebar, and that disagreements up the chain of responsibility are also expected and valued (both explicitly stated and via followthrough in taking action on the dissenting opinion when it's justified). |
