In most organizations, this is the correct answer. A conflict competent organization recognizes that: 1. some people are better at highlighting risk 2. some people are better at coming up with solutions 3. some people are better at implementation. 4. some people can do 1-3 (or some combo), but that doesn't make them inherently superior because a diversity of inputs tends to provide better results. |
