Is it true that there is no japanese word for 'looting'. This all came up from a joke, we were watching the news broadcasts, and my friend said 'you know there is no looting in Japan' and I said 'that is because they don't have a word for it'. I ended up looking it up, and it seems true - can you confirm? |
