What state(s)|countr(y|ies) do you report as your location for tax purposes? Working for a New York State-based employer is interesting in this regard. NY demands income tax when telework is not for the benefit of the employer. I live in my employer's semi truck. I report my "home terminal" as my tax paying state, using my son's apartment in that state as a mailing address. I pay taxes in that state.
Other truckers maintain an actual physical residence of their own. But there are many like me. It's sort of like living in an RV, wrt taxes.
