It's about managing expectations. Go about emails with the mind set of training people around you to work with your expectations. Important emails get answered quickly, while every non-issue is trashed. Over time this has worked out great for me. I don't get overwhelmed with emails, slowly it has gone down as those around me understand my priority. |
