Running version 83.0.4103.61 but I don't see the DoH-related entries in Chrome Settings. Is this still in a phased rollout?

Option is visible under chrome://flags/#dns-over-https flag. However on Ubuntu 18.04 I've the message: "Not available on your platform.".
