There's a lot of outdated thinking that Teams < Slack. I use both multiple times a day. Teams is far from a carbon copy of Slack. If anything, Slack needs to pay attention to Teams. They've already out-innovated Slack on several fronts. For example, Teams is a slick hybrid of industry-std channels (Slack) and industry-std video (Zoom). Slack doesn't offer that. |
